Enrollment for the 2018-2019 school year is open.

• Age Requirements
Age Requirements for the 2018 - 2019 school year include:
       Parents Day Out Preschool– 2 & 3 years old
       Young 3's Preschool- 3 years old by the start of their class enrollment
       Half & Full Day Preschool - 3 years old before September 1, 2018
       Kindergarten - 5 years old before September 1, 2018
       First Grade - 6 years old before September 1, 2018

Additional Forms
The following paperwork is needed in addition to the online application in order to complete your new enrollment at St. Peter Lutheran School:
    –County Birth Certificate (State law mandates an original be shown from which a copy will be made for school records)
   –Copy of Report Card from previous & current year (Grades 1-8)
   –Copy of Standardized Test Results from previous or current year (Grades 1-8)
   –Release of Records card if currently enrolled at another school
   –Scholarship Form (if applicable)
   –Developmental Early Childhood Information Form (PDO, Young 3's, Full-Day and Half-Day Preschool)
   Recommendation forms from previous school:
          Kindergarten Teacher Recommendation Form
          Grades 1-2 Teacher Recommendation Form
          Grades 3-8 Teacher Recommendation Form
•  Admissions Screening
After all enrollment paperwork is received, an Admission Screening will be arranged for all new Kindergarten through 8th grade applicants. There is a $30.00 screening fee.  A school administrator will be in contact about this screening. Following the interview screening and completion of paperwork, a decision will be made on acceptance and shared with you.

•  Health Exams
    – A physical is needed for students in grades 4-8 who wish to participate in the athletic program.  
   – Dental (for students entering Grades Kindergarten, 2nd, 6th)
   – Physical (for students entering Grades Preschool, Kindergarten, 6th & those playing a sport)
   – Vision (for students entering Kindergarten and all new enrollees Grades 1st -8th)

•  Tuition Payment Options

•  Financial Aid 
Applications for financial aid for the 2018 - 2019 school year are being accepted.  The school is using the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment Company to provide the financial analysis.  To apply visit:  https://online.factsmgt.com/aid
Scholarships will be awarded using the following guidelines:
1.   St. Peter members will have first award considerations
2.   Applications for families enrolling children in grades 1-8 will have priority
3.   First deadline for scholarship consideration is April 7th
4.   Second deadline for scholarship consideration is May 26th
5.   Scholarships will be awarded from a set amount designated for the upcoming school year; therefore applying early assures there is money available.
6.   Application with FACTS must be completed along with our St. Peter Support form. 
7.   FACTS Financial Aid Information

•  Lunch Meal Tickets
Lunch/drink tickets and/or ala carte tickets may be 
purchased throughout the school year. Child(ren) will then use their specific card when purchasing from the cafeteria. The menu is available at the beginning of each month on the school website and in the FRIDAY FLYER newsletter.

•  Final Registration
Final Registration will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 from 1:00 - 7:00 PM in the St. Peter Life Center.  Families come to this event to complete all final paperwork, meet representatives of school organizations,  learn who their child's teacher will be as well as make an initial payment for the school year. Additional information about Final Registration is sent over the summer via email.

•  Welcome Back Night
Welcome Back Night is scheduled for Monday, August 20, 2018 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. At this event, families are welcome to visit  classrooms, meet the teachers, and drop off their school supplies.

• First Day of School
The first day of school for the 2018 - 2019 school year will be Wednesday, August 22, 2018  for preschool through grade 8.  It will start with regular school hours  as follows:
Half Day Preschool   8:15 - 10:45 AM
Parents Day Out (PDO) Preschool 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Half Day Kindergarten 8:00 - 11:00 AM
Full Day Kindergarten 8:00 AM - 2:20 PM
Grades 1-8 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Extended Care 7:00 - 9:00 AM &
2:00 - 6:00 PM

• Orientation Nights
Orientation Nights assist families and the school faculty and staff with sharing information that can be helpful for promoting a  successful school year.   The school administrators will make large group presentations and then parents will meet with their children's individual teachers.   

School Supply Lists
Students are encouraged to bring  their school supplies to their classrooms on either the Welcome Back Night (August 20)  or on their first day of school. Click here for a list of school supplies. 

Spirit Wear
St. Peter Spirit Wear (t-shirts, hats, sweatpants, etc.) is available for purchase during the first few weeks of school and in late fall.   Spirit Days will be held throughout the year for the Saints to show their school spirit.
